As you know, Jim Fitzpatrick is leaving us next month, which will leave us one person short in the Boston office. I am asking you to assume responsibility for part of his territory, specifically southern New Hampshire, for the time being.
Please get together with Jim before he leaves. He and I have discussed the transition, and he plans to allow enough time so that he can introduce you to all his major accounts. I want you to make especially sure that we have a smooth transition of the Milekin Company account. We have spent a lot of time and effort developing this account, and we want to pass the baton with professional grace.
